The sweet potato fry. Savoury, sweet, chewy, crispy, soft...I may be in love a little. These have been a staple for me while following the Autoimmune Protocol.
While there is not much to a baked sweet potato fry, the texture can be a little tricky to get to your liking. Here is my method. Lightly seasoned and baked to perfection. These make a great side to almost any meal.
