Who doesn't love chicken strips?! It has always been one of my favourite comfort foods. You know, the warm, greasy, easy, treat foods you reach for on a bad day. Pre AIP, days, that is. Don't worry, though. Following The Paleo Autoimmune Protocol doesn't mean we have to give up all our comfort foods! Like my beloved chicky nuggies. When you first decide to start AIP you feel quite martyr-ish:
"I will give up whatever I have to, my health comes first." *sniff*
I know you know. Ha ha! If only I knew then that I could eat these beauties!
